Santa Fe Boutique Hotel and Restaurant; once discovered, never forgotten…
Santa Fe is one of Andalusia’s hidden gems; a boutique hotel
and restaurant set in a magical restored nineteenth century finca,
conveniently situated on the outskirts of the town of Coin. The
beautiful grounds where figs, oranges, lemons, grapes and herbs
grow in abundance provide an oasis of calm and tranquillity.
Personal touches and attention to detail are provided
by the young Dutch owners, hoteliers and restaurateurs Marije
and Jaap, who combine discreet professionalism with a friendly,
laid back atmosphere.
There are five beautifully appointed bedroom suites,
all with stunning views of the surroundings. Guests can enjoy
contemporary home cooked meals in one of the inside dining rooms
or dine al fresco on a fragrant garden terrace next to the shimmering
waters of the hotel’s private pool, or under the shade of
a 900 year old olive tree.
Set in the heart of the Guadalhorce Valley, close
to the natural park of the Sierras del las Nieves, Santa Fe is
the ideal base from which to explore an unspoiled landscape of
incredible natural beauty or to discover the seductive charm of
Southern Spain’s famous “pueblos blancos” (white
villages) with their whitewashed cobbled streets adorned with
colourful hanging flower baskets.
The surrounding Andalusian countryside also provides
the perfect backdrop for hiking, horse riding, golfing, quad bike
“safaris” or simply strolling.
